The forms we complete are the official Texas court forms, and Texas law specifically permits software-based self-help services (Texas Government Code §81.101(c)). We are not a law firm and don’t give legal advice. We prepare your paperwork from the answers you provide, and you file it yourself.
Will the court accept the forms?
The forms we prepare are the standard forms Texas district clerks accept, filled out from your answers and formatted for your county. You file them and the judge grants the divorce. That final step always belongs to the court. If the court rejects your documents, we’ll refund your fee (see our refund policy).
Does this work if we have children?
